In a large bowl crumble the ground beef into small bits. This allows the cheese and spices to blend in with out over handling
Add the cheese and spices. Blend with your hands by lifting the ground beef repeatedly until all ingredients are mixed.
Make 3 equal size balls of ground beef with your hands.
Flatten each ball of ground beef into a patty about one inch thick. Careful seal the edges to avoid crumbling.
Pre-heat the smoker on the highest temprature 300+ degrees.
Place the burgers on the grate and cook for 7-8 minutes per side.
